Inflatable Units:
1. What payment is required to book a reservation?
- We require a $50 deposit that you can pay at checkout with a debit/credit card to reserve. You can choose to pay the $50 deposit or pay the entire amount. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. You will receive a booking confirmation email once your reservation is complete.
2. When do I pay the remaining balance if I did not pay in full at checkout?
- Remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of delivery for inflatable units. You can also pay your remaining balance with a credit/debit card before rental/delivery date. We are unable to leave any units unless full payment has been received.
3. When should I reserve?
- Please complete your reservation early for best availability. This ensures you can get the inflatable you want for the date of your choice. Summer months are the busiest months for "wet" inflatables and weekends fill up quickly.
4. Is delivery, set up and pick up included in the price?
- Yes, we deliver, set up and pick up all inflatable units and that is included in our pricing. The delivery fee is determined by the delivery address.
5. Do you allow customer pick up?
- No, we do not allow customer pick up.
6. When will my inflatable be delivered?
- We deliver weekend inflatable rentals on Fridays or Saturday morning and pick up is on Mondays. If you want a Saturday or Sunday only, you must rent by the whole weekend. If you want a single weekday rental, we will deliver the morning of your rental date and pick up the following morning. We will contact you with the estimated delivery time. Please contact us immediately after booking to inform us if exact times must be met.
7. What do I need to have ready for my inflatable delivery?
- Please ensure area is clean and free of all litter and animal waste. The area doesn't have to be perfectly level but does need to be relatively flat. Inflatables cannot be set up on a hill. Please don't place inflatable on freshly mowed grass as the clippings will stick to the inflatable and to children's feet and cause extra cleaning.
If renting a wet inflatable, please have your water hose ready to connect to the inflatable to become a waterslide.
8. Do I need power?
- Yes, all blowers used to inflate the inflatable unit require electricity. The blowers have about 15 feet of cord and plug into a standard outlet. If using extension cords, they must not have any splices, be in good condition and be 12 gauge minimum thickness.
9. What do I need to do for pick up?
- Please sweep out any debris for dry inflatables. For wet units, please rinse off the inflatable, drain the pool area if applicable, and leave inflated to dry fully before deflating for pick up. Please do not put away the extension cords or water hose before pick up.
MOBILE ARCADE:
1. Is payment required to reserve?

2. When will the Mobile Arcade be delivered?
- We will deliver the Mobile Arcade before your time frame begins so you will enjoy your full rental time. Pick up will be at the rental end time.
3. When should I reserve?
- Early reservation is key to get the date and time slot of your choice. Weekends are busy times for the Mobile Arcade.
4. Is delivery, set up and pick up included in pricing?
- Yes, we deliver the Mobile Arcade, set in place and show you how to operate all of the equipment. Pick up is at the end of your chosen time frame.
5. Does the Mobile Arcade require power?
- Yes, but we provide the generator to power the Mobile Arcade. It is included in the pricing.
6. Where can the Mobile Arcade be parked?
- The Mobile Arcade needs to be parked on a relatively level area. We can park on concrete, asphalt, gravel, grass or dirt.
7. Do the games cost inside the Mobile Arcade?
- No, all arcades and machines are free play.
8. Is the Mobile Arcade climate controlled?
- Yes, the Mobile Arcade has heating and air conditioning.
9. Are food and drink allowed inside the Mobile Arcade?
- Food and drinks are prohibited inside the Mobile Arcade.
Party Room Rentals
1. Is payment is required to book a reservation?
- We require a $50 deposit that you can pay at checkout with a debit/credit card to reserve. You can choose to pay the $50 deposit or pay the entire amount. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. You will receive a booking confirmation email once your reservation is complete.
2. When do I pay the remaining balance if I did not pay in full at checkout?
- Remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of your party. You can also pay your remaining balance with a credit/debit card before your rental date.
3. Are food and drinks allowed in the party rooms?
- Yes, food and non alcoholic beverages are allowed in the party rooms.
4. Do the arcade games cost extra to play in the Laser Tag party room?
- No, all games are free play. No coins are required to play!
5. Is the Rainforest Adventure party room best suited for toddlers and children?
- Yes, the Rainforest Adventure party room will be best enjoyed by children.
6. Are adults and older kids allowed on the inflatables in the Rainforest Adventure party room?
- Adults may assist small children but must follow inflatable weight guides and be gentle. No adult jumping or bouncing.
7. Can I bring my own decorations?
- Yes, you can! Decorations cannot be hung in a way to damage walls or existing party room decor. They must be removed at clean up.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS:
We will reschedule one time due to weather or illness. We must have a minimum of a 72 hour notice to reschedule or you will forfeit your $50 deposit. While we try our best to be fair to our customers and understand unexpected things happen, please keep in mind that we are removing the item from availability when you reserve with us, so please be certain of your rental choice when you make your reservation. Card processing fees are non-refundable.
If cancelling a reservation completely, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.
